By accessing or using StegoToolkit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

StegoToolkit provides free, browser-based tools for steganography, encryption, and file/data analysis. All processing happens locally in your browser — the Service does not upload, store, or transmit the files or data you process through any tool.

You agree to use StegoToolkit only for lawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, cybersecurity research, CTF competitions, education, digital watermarking, and personal privacy. You may not use the Service to conceal, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to malware, content that infringes on others' rights, or material intended to facilitate unlawful activity. You are solely responsible for the content you process using this Service and for complying with all applicable laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose. Steganographic and forensic results (including automated detection, brute-force, and analysis features) are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for any legal, security, or business decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StegoToolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including data loss resulting from processing a file locally in your browser.

The StegoToolkit name, branding, and the site's own code and content are the property of StegoToolkit. Files you process through the Service remain entirely your own — we never receive, store, or claim any right to them, since all processing happens locally in your browser.

The Service uses cookieless first-party analytics by default. Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and any advertising served by Google AdSense are loaded only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies on the cookie banner, and can be turned off again via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
